You will be traveling to South Bend, Indiana.
If you fly into South Bend:
Several major airlines service the South Bend Regional Airport (SBN). Cab service is available from the airport. It is a 10-15 minute drive that averages $15. Rental cars are also available at the airport; however a car is not be necessary as you will be staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites located within walking distance of the University campus. If you fly into Chicago:
If you fly into Chicago, United Limo/Coach USA has a regular schedule of buses from Chicago O'Hare and Chicago Midway that will bring you to South Bend Airport where you can take a cab to your hotel. PARKING & DIRECTIONS
Parking is available in the Visitors Parking lot for the duration of the program unless you park at a nearby hotel. Click here for a basic map with the location of the Stayer Center and the C-1 parking lot.

Continental breakfast is served at the Fairfield Inn. Lunch is provided Monday through Friday and dinners will be provided Monday through Thursday of the program week.
The program cost covers housing. Room and tax charges will be paid for; however, all incidental charges (telephone, laundry, etc.) will be your personal responsibility. Check-in time for the hotel is 4:00 pm. They allow early arrival based upon availability, but if your room is not ready they will store your luggage until your room is available.
Temperatures depend on time of year and the weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for varying temperatures and a chance of rain/snow.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all classroom sessions. No jeans please. A sweater or light jacket is suitable in the classroom due to varying temperature preferences. You will be walking to various facilities on campus. Please bring appropriate footwear for your comfort.
The Notre Dame guest wireless network is open to guests of the university, and does not require a username and password. Class materials are delivered electronically, and viewed by participants laptop computers.
